Queramimbi Island is one of the few uninhabited Islands in the Archipelago dedicated to the establishment of low density, high quality tourism. Situated at GPS co-ordinates S 10°54’55.12” E 40°37”30.73”, the five star 24 bed lodge will consist of: 12 double chalets, restaurant, bar, lounge, dive center and fishing center. These are currently under construction on the northern part of the Island. Approximately 50% of the project infrastructure is complete to date. In addition to the Lodge, the project has approval to build 10 private villas around the remainder of the island at generous intervals. This is a very exciting offering for a discerning group of investors.
The island is 1,5 kms long and 500m wide, is malaria free and offers a fabulous diversity of indigenous fauna, including a spectacular mangrove forest as a backdrop to the lodge in the north. The weathered sandstone rock and coralline foundations provide an amazing sculptural character to frame small bays of white sandy beaches. |
